Frequently asked questions:
1) What time does the trip starts and end? Pickup time in Mactan Hotels is 7:30-10am and back to Hotel around 3-4pm. Choose your time of pickup on your convenience. No overtime charges during the trip.
2) Do we need to share the boat with the other group? All packages are exclusive in each group but during peak season, 2 groups can be joined.
3) Any other extra charges? The price includes everything however in Nalusuan island resort bringing drinks inside is not allowed. Buying it inside is at your own expense.

*Executive Package: Exclusive Boat, Free Pick Up and Drop Off ( Mactan Hotels only ), BBQ Lunch with Prawn, Crab (depends on the availability), Squid, Fish, Chicken, Pork, 2 kinds of Fruit, *Drinks: Drinks :unlimited Soft Drinks & Mineral Water, (“Cold Beer is available on boat at PHP P50.” ),Bringing drinks inside in Nalusuan Resort is not allowed..Special Snorkel Sets ( Rash Guards or Wet Suits, Dry Snorkel ), Boat Steward, Two Towels each, Life Jackets ( Jacket Style, all sizes are available for 2yrs old and above.), with Boat of Better Quality and Bigger Size, depends on the number of passengers

For Mactan Island Hotels Pick Up service: Pick up and drop off for Mactan Resort Hotels is Free except for Punta Engano, Cordova,Mactan City Hotels, Mactan Airport arrival Area or Waterfront airport Pickup, in which Drop Off is at the guests own expense since it’s quiet far from our shop. Pick up is at the Lobby but some hotels will not allow any Car or Pick up Service to stay longer near the hotel entrance, so please stay around the lobby or waiting area entrance and bring you over to the parking area. MACTAN RESORT HOTELS FREE DROP OFF IS UP TO PACIFIC CEBU RESORT IN THE SOUTH AREA AND MOVENPICK HOTEL IN THE NORTH AREA
Cebu City Hotel Guests:
For Cebu City Hotels Guests Pick Up Service: We will arrange a Taxi for 1- 4 persons for free with charges up to P300, in excess of P300 will be charged to the Guests and 2 taxis or Van for 5 – 7 persons for free with charges up to P600, in excess of P600 will be charged to the Guests. Drop off back to your hotel at your own expense. For a group of 8 persons or more, pick up and drop off is Free as additional discount of your trip with us. Hotels will not allow Taxis or Cars to stop over at the hotel entrance and look for the guests inside the lobby. Please stay around the lobby entrance so that the driver can pick you up immediately.

The free pick-up area refers to the hotel on the gray line on the right east coast of Mactan Island on the map. In other areas, we will bear 300 pesos and we will arrange the car, but we will bear the excess.

For booking availability and reservation, click the MENU link on the top right and find below the Reservation and Status link. Click the tour date, select your desired date and click SEARCH, if it’s still available it will go directly to the reservation page. Complete the details and click Submit. For mobile users please allow domain reception of @ki-marinesportscenter.com on your junk e-mail filters in e-mail address of your mobile phone to receive the reply of your reservation confirmation details in case you don’t received it immediately.
